At Messer Attachments, your satisfaction is our priority. If your attachment does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund of 100% of the purchase price, minus our original shipping cost.*
General Returns (Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind)
- Full refund (within 30 days) of the purchase price, minus original shipping cost
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Return authorization required before shipping
Incorrect Item Received
- Messer Attachments covers all shipping costs to return the incorrect item and send the correct product
- Initial delivery must be accepted before an exchange can be processed
Important Return Conditions
- Returns without prior authorization are not accepted
- Refused deliveries or chargebacks without notification will not be honored
- Custom-built and non-stock items are not returnable, but we will work with you to address concerns
Warranty Information
Submitting a Warranty Claim
All warranty claims must be submitted and approved before any repair work is performed. Messer Attachments will determine the required repairs or parts replacements.
To submit a claim, provide:
- Detailed photos of the issue
- Photos showing the overall condition of the attachment
- Submit through our warranty form: https://messerattach.com/warranty/
Tampering with the failed part may void the warranty.
Warranty Shipping Responsibilities
- Warranty does not cover freight or delivery charges for returning machinery for service
- Dealer mileage, service calls, and pickup/delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility
Freight Coverage on Warranty Parts
- Messer Attachments covers standard LTL freight and UPS Ground shipping on warranty parts and attachments sent from our plant to the dealer or end user
- Special shipping methods (including Next Day Air or any expedited service) are not covered but can be arranged at the customer’s expense

We sandblast and powder coat each product for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish that keeps showing up strong season after season. The process is also environmentally friendly.
Guaranteed function
Before our hydraulic products leave the shop, they’re pressure tested with oil to make sure hoses are routed properly and they’re free of leaks. Then, they’re shipped complete with couplers and wet with oil so you can get right to work.

To get the best product, we start with the best steel at the right thickness. Your equipment is built tough, but doesn’t have to work harder than it should.
Fine craftsmanship
Nothing takes the place of our experienced craftsmanship. We take the time to assemble and weld our products by hand, including rounding off sharp corners, making sure everything lines up, and ensuring the surface is clean, sandblasted and ready for powder coating.
