As always, Messer Attachments only uses the best for the best, our replacement bale spears are high quality SHW brand, made in Germany, forged out of spring steel and heat treated for strength. We offer three categories:
CONUS 1- 1 3/8″ diameter (1800 lbs per tine)
CONUS 2- 1 3/4″ diameter (3000 lbs per tine)
CONUS 3- 2″ diameter (4700 lbs per tine)
Overall/Usable Lengths: Messer uses two different lengths when talking about our bale spears. The overall length is the length of the tine before it is inserted into the sleeve portion, the usable length is exactly how it sounds, it is what you have available from the sleeve out.
