Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with your Messer Attachments product, you can return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund. Here’s how it works:
General Returns (Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind):
- You’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus our original shipping cost.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You must obtain a return authorization before shipping.
Incorrect Item Received:
- We will cover all shipping costs to return the incorrect item and ship the correct one.
- You must accept the initial delivery before we can process the exchange.
Important Return Conditions:
- Returns without prior authorization, refused deliveries, or chargebacks without notification will not be accepted.
- Custom-built, non-stock items are not returnable. We will, however, work with you to resolve any concerns.

Before our hydraulic products leave the shop, they’re pressure tested with oil to make sure hoses are routed properly and they’re free of leaks. Then, they’re shipped complete with couplers and wet with oil so you can get right to work.
